Recruiting Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's plan, complete monthly and annual sales tasks;
2. Management of the sales process, including customer requirement definition, solution documentation, quotation negotiation, bidding, contract formulation, etc;
3. Market research and demand analysis;
4. Sales channel construction and customer relationship management;
5. Understand project information and industry demand dynamics, and collect and organize competitor information.
Qualifications for the position:
1. College degree or above, major in computer science, communication, automation, marketing, etc;
2. More than three years of sales work experience, familiar with interactive multimedia, exhibition display, and system integration industries preferred;
3. Rich bidding experience, able to lead the entire bidding process of the project, with priority given to those with government and public institution resources;
4. Adapt to business trips and have a strong sense of responsibility;
5. Possess strong abilities in market analysis, marketing, and promotion, as well as good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
